Classvox provides AI-powered voice communication services for K-12 educational institutions to facilitate teacher-parent communication through automated phone calls.

3.2 Account Eligibility & Access Restrictions
Classvox is strictly a teacher-only platform. Only authorized adult educators can create accounts and access our services.

3.4 AI Processing Data
Sent to AI Services:

- • Google Cloud TTS: Does NOT train on audio data
- • Data processed in real-time only
- • Both services FERPA-compliant
3.5 Parent Voicemail Recordings
Parents may optionally leave voicemail messages for teachers at the end of automated calls. Before speaking, parents hear: "This call may be recorded for educational purposes. Do you consent to leaving a voicemail message that will be recorded and played back only to [Teacher Name]? If you consent, please leave your message after the beep. If you'd like to stop receiving these calls, say 'stop' at any time."

Teacher Responsibility:
Teachers are responsible for handling parent voicemail requests appropriately, including responding to deletion requests and managing communications in compliance with school policies and FERPA requirements.

As Classvox's authorized users for children under 13, you must:

10. Class Action Waiver and Arbitration
Individual Arbitration Required
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR YOUR USE OF CLASSVOX WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION.
- • No Class Actions: You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration
- • Individual Claims Only: All claims must be brought individually, not as part of any class or representative action
- • No Consolidation: Claims cannot be consolidated with claims of any other party
Arbitration Process
- • Administrator: American Arbitration Association (AAA) under their Consumer Arbitration Rules
- • Location: Arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California
- • Governing Law: Arbitration will be governed by California law
- • Costs: Classvox will pay all arbitration fees for claims under $10,000
Exception for Small Claims
You may pursue claims up to $10,000 in small claims court instead of arbitration, but only if you bring the claim individually and not as part of any class or representative action.
This class action waiver and arbitration agreement survives termination of your account or this Privacy Policy.
