What differentiates the plans?

Starter Plan

Choose from pre-approved, FERPA/COPPA compliant message templates. Select a specific template or weave together up to 5 templates to create a personalized conversation. All messages are generated as voice calls in English using standard quality voices.

Professional Plan

Everything in Starter, plus multilingual support with premium voices. Parents can receive calls in their preferred language (Spanish, Mandarin, Tagalog, Arabic, and more). Includes access to higher quality, natural-sounding voice AI for all communications.

Master Plan

All Professional features with double the minutes and dedicated support. Perfect for teachers with high call volumes or those managing multiple classes. Includes priority customer service and the best value per minute.

School/Admin & District Plans

Ultimate flexibility - teachers can type any custom message they want. Our AI processes your message and generates a personalized phone call to parents in their preferred language, with full FERPA compliance and automated Aeries API sync. No more templates needed.

What's the difference between templates and custom AI prompts?

Templates (Starter, Professional & Master)

Pre-written, pre-approved messages covering common scenarios. These are guaranteed to be FERPA/COPPA compliant and contain no personally identifiable information. Perfect for individual teachers who want quick, compliant communication.

Custom AI Prompts (School/Admin & District)

Teachers can type any message they want, and our AI generates the call content. This flexibility is available only on enterprise plans that include additional compliance features and administrative oversight to ensure FERPA compliance.

Do you offer multilingual support?

Professional, Master, School/Admin & District Plans

Yes! These plans include multi-language support for all communications. Parents can receive calls in their preferred language (Spanish, Mandarin, Tagalog, and more), ensuring effective communication with diverse families. Full call transcriptions are also provided in the parent's language.

Starter Plan

English voice generation only with transcripts in English. For multilingual support and transcriptions, upgrade to our Professional plan or higher.

What happens if I exceed my monthly minutes?

No problem! Purchase top-up minutes to supplement your monthly plan. Top-up minutes offer exceptional value and flexibility:

How do I import my student data from Aeries?

Individual Plans (Starter, Professional & Master)

All individual teacher plans include easy data import from Aeries via Excel file export or manual entry. Simply export your student roster from Aeries, upload the Excel file to Classvox, and you're ready to go!

This simple import process takes just minutes and works perfectly for individual teachers managing their own rosters.

School/Admin & District Plans (Enterprise)

Includes everything from individual plans, plus automated API integration with Aeries. Student rosters automatically sync in real-time, enabling seamless teacher onboarding and district-wide data management without manual Excel exports.

Perfect for schools and districts managing hundreds of teachers across multiple campuses.

Note: At this time, we only support Aeries (California's most popular SIS). Additional Student Information System integrations are planned for future releases.

How long does it take to get started?

You can be up and running the same day! Our user-friendly platform requires no complex setup. Just import your student data via Excel file or manual entry, select a message template (or type a custom message on School/Admin plans), and watch the AI handle the rest.
